Are you participating in a session without an interviewer? Then check in the invitation e-mail on which device you can participate. Then read through the instructions for desktop and laptop or mobile devices.

Instructions for desktop or laptop
Are you participating in the session on desktop? Then please check the following beforehand:
- You have downloaded and installed the User Sense software on your laptop or desktop.
- You can log in with your account on the website. Never logged in before? Then activate your account.
- Do you have a Mac? Then make sure you give the User Sense software permission to use the microphone, camera and screen recording.
This is how you participate in the session
- Login to User Sense software on your PC. Never logged in before? Then activate your account first.
- Go to the 'To do' tab
- Start the test

Instructions for mobile devices
Are you participating in the session on your mobile phone? If so, please check the following beforehand:
- You have the User Sense app installed on your mobile phone
- You can log in with your account on the app. Never logged in before? Then activate your account first.
- About to start the session? Then make sure you have fast wifi and a charged phone.
How to participate in the session
- Open the app and log in with your account. Never logged in before? Then activate your account first.
- Go to the 'To do' tab
- Open the test by clicking on the 'play' icon
- Give permission to use the microphone, camera and screen recording
- Start the test
