Information needed for payouts

In order to pay out testers, we need to comply with legal requirements. This means we need certain data from you before the payout can take place.

Required information

We need to record the following data before a payout can take place:

• Your full name
• Your date of birth
• The address where you are registered
• Your account number (IBAN)

BSN number (only for residents of the Netherlands)

The Tax Office requires us to collect BSN numbers for all individuals who are liable to pay tax in the Netherlands. This is stipulated in the UBD scheme (amounts paid to third parties). This only applies to private individuals. Did you register with User Sense through your own company? Then you do not need to register your BSN number with us.

Update account information

Follow the steps below to update your data:

1. Log in to the website with your account
2. Click on your name at the top right
3. Click on 'Profile
4. On the 'Details' page, change your name, date of birth or address
5. Click on 'Settings' to update your IBAN or BSN number (Dutch residents only)
